Error on submit: Unable to cast object of type 'System.String' to type 'SourceCode.Workflow.Client.User'
Diagnoses
When submitting a ticket (via smartform) as a Windows user with direct reports, the error 'Unable to cast object of type 'System.String' to type 'SourceCode.Workflow.Client.User' is generated.
This is now happening after upgrading production to 4.6.10.
Resolution
Issue was resolved with a coldfix.
