Error on publishing workflow with UDA

I am getting an error while saving/publishing a workflow which is using UDA.

The workflow can be saved and published when UDA is removed.

Using SP2013 on premise and Nintex Workflow 3.2.4.20

it looks like the product was not installed properly - likely DB upgrade script weren't executed.
