Installation begins, but errors out
Resolution
Removed the SmartForms Client tools installation, the K2 For SharePoint 2013 Client Tools, rebooted the server, Reconfigure the K2 BlackPearl client Tools installation and then Installed the SmartForms 4.6.9 Client Tools without any error.
