Diagnoses

We are in the process of migrating to SharePoint 2013 from SharePoint 2010. We have started testing our workflows and Smartforms. The new SharePoint 2013 farm is connected to the same K2 server as our SharePoint 2010 staging farm.

We restored and upgraded our production SharePoint 2010 content databases to the staging 2013 farm. This means that I need to re-activate the K2 features in the site collections.

When I try to do that I get this error (see attached screenshots for the form and error).

The operation has completed but with errors:

Error occurred trying to set required SharePoint database permissions for the Deployment Application Pool

Please review the Event Log for more detail.

I don't see anything in the windows event log. Can you assist me to work out what the solution to this is please?
