Error:Nintex workflow 2013 using Excel web service

I have a nintex 2013 site workflow  which creates a report of an existing document library in a folder.After excecuting workflow ,I am getting workflow message as shown below .It was executed with higher privilege.Please advice.

    @Pmahima .....there could be few reasons:

     

    • Was server available at the time of query?
    • Re-check the configuration settings
    • Executed with higher previlage --> what type of account was used? ----> as a best practice you should use service account and store it as Nintex Constant
