Error loading page with custom filter created.
Diagnoses
When a particular user navigates to a smartform they receive an error
'%' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '>'. Line 1, position 371.
Resolution
There was a % character at the end of the View Filter Criteria. The user updated the UserSetting table value to replace the offending value with an empty ViewFilterCriteria tag. This removed the user's cutom filter.
