Error in K2 webpart in SharePoint Online on first load
Diagnoses
When I first load the page with the K2 Work list it fails to load with a server error. When I press F5 it loads successfully. See attached Screenshots.
What do I need to do to get it to load correctly the first time every time as this results in a less than favorable user experience and also results in calls to our support desk.
Resolution
Added the following domains to the list of trusted sites:
*.your_k2_application_web_site.com - K2 Application Web Sites
*.k2.com - K2 authentication sites
*.sharepoint.com - SharePoint web sites
*.microsoftonline.com - Microsoft authentication sites
*.windows.net -Microsoft authentication sites
Tested the SharePoint online web app and things were working as expected on the first run of the browser.
