Diagnoses
Occurs when the Runtime site is set to use Windows authentication.
Resolution
1. Set the Runtime site to use Forms authentication
2. Create a duplicate runtime site specifically for PDF generation that uses Forms authentication. Kindly refer to this KB article on how to configure a secondary runtime site: https://help.k2.com/kb001332
