Symptoms
The following errors were found in the K2 Host Server logs:
"Error","Unknown","30051","ItemNotFound","SourceCode.Runtime.Services.Forms.FormsFindReference","30051 The item '[urn:SourceCode/Workflows] ... ' could not be found while describing the item 'urn:SourceCode/SmartForms'."
"Error","Unknown","30003","DeploymentError","DeploymentServer.DeployItem(ComplexType ct)","30003 Object reference not set to an instance of an object. InnerException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Diagnoses
There was no default SmartObject Server Environment field. (K2 Workspace > Management Console > Environment Library)
Resolution
Issue was resolved after setting a default SmartObject Server Environment field from K2 Workspace Management Console.
