Symptoms
Issue:
When setting UseWebKit to true the pdf converter only saved the top part of the form. when setting the useWebKit to False the whole form was saved but in diminished quality.
Diagnoses
Diagnosis:
We checked and added dimensions(height and width) to al controls, labels and fields on the form in question. This did not resolve the issue.
We were able to reproduce the client issue with the help of client resources.
Resolution
Resolution:
We were able to resolve this issue by applying a coldfix created by the developer team. This in turn Fixed the client issue.
