Diagnoses

I have deployed a Workflow and Custom SharePoint DocumentLibrary Forms/Views into the StPatricks environment.
In the dev environment the DL was configured to use smartForms for Edit, View and New Forms. After deploying i went to view document properties from an existing document, and the origional SP properties page was shown. I then went the the K2 Application page and clicked "Form Settings" and received a server error.
Could i please have some assistance to diagnose and correct this error.

 

Resolution
If you try and Register the K2 App on a Site that contains an ampersand in it's Title , you get "Asynchronous operation failed
Object reference not set to an instance of an object . This has been logged as a bug . Modifying the URL being hit by the registration and replacing the and works around the issue .
