Error - Cannot use Nintex Forms for content type : Document Set

How can I get around this error to leverage DocSet forms editing functionality?

We're on Nintex Forms 2013 ( 2.10.0.2 )

I've tried the ootb docset content type, a custom site content type in a standard doc library and the result is the same.
