After installing the version 4.7 update on our development server, we encountered errors during the SharePoint registration wizard - Part "AppCatalogName->K2 for SharePoint->Settings->Manage App Activations" - Sub part "Activation". The K2 Expert did the following actions to solve the problem: 1) Use the SmartObject Service Tester to know the ID of the site: SmartObject ExplorerSharePoint 2013{Site name}ManagementSiteMethodsGetSite Example: SmartObject ExplorerSharePoint 2013portal.denallix.comManagementSiteMethodsGetSite Run this method without parameters and retrieve the "ID (Guid)". 2) Use the SmartObject Service Tester to remove the K2 application: SmartObject ExplorerSharePoint 2013{Site name} - sites - appcatalogManagementK2 ApplicationMethodsRemove App Example: SmartObject ExplorerSharePoint 2013portal.denallix.com - sites - appcatalogManagementK2 ApplicationMethodsRemove App Enter in the "Product ID (Guid)" parameter the ID of the point 1.
