I am getting this error in the SharePoint log "ERROR: request not found in the TrackedRequests. We might be creating and closing webs on different threads." when I try to access at item that I have started a sharepoint integrated workflow on.  More specifically, I only get the error the workflow is started automatically because I have it configured to "Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item".  However I do not get the error when I run the workflow manually.

Any Ideas?
