Symptoms

Previously in 4.6.11 we were able to add webservices and use it under the Endpoints WebService Service Broker. After we upgraded to 4.7, we were unable to use it due to the following error:

Invalid WebService WSDL

We tried to refresh the service instance and got the same error. We managed to navigate / open the webservice WSDL URL succesfully.
