Emails not working
 

Diagnoses


When you have a problem on a particular environment where the emails are not working.

Messages do fail to send. You do see the following error within the error profile on Workspace:

SourceCode.Workflow.Common.EWS: Autodiscover not available and mail cannot be sent. Reconfigure K2 server with valid Exchange settings.
 

Resolution

Please check to see if the username and email address are correct within the connection string editor.

Program Files (x86) >>> K2 Blackpearl >>> Host Server >>> Bin
