I am using a Pause until a certain date action to send an email notification reminder (to complete a post travel summary). This email reminder isn't sent sent once the date has passed (Traveler End Date + 3 - a variable); although the workflow history reflects that it has successfully been completed. The pause works - buy the email is not being generated/sent. I read a recommendation to insert the Pause til date within a Run IF action. It still did not work for me. What can I do to resolve this?
I have not seen solutions posted for Sharepoint 2016 when using Pause or Pause until a certain date.
