Email messages not being generated for K2 tasks
Diagnoses
Email events are working, but task notifications are not sending. The following error is logged:

Resolution
Customer discovered that some changes where made to Office 365 which resulted in the Exchange Web Service URL becoming inaccessible. After receiving the new Exchange Web Service URL and updating it using the connection string editor, task notification are now working again.
