I have a workflow form that got rejected because file attachment was incorrect. The requestor wants to open that rejected workflow and reattach a correct file for resubmission. But the attachment section is disabled. Any idea how to enable it?

Submitted tasks are completed and cannot be modified again. You will have to rerun the workflow and approve the new file. Another option woult be to implement this directly in the workflow. You could start the approval like now but in case of rejecting by the approver you habe a new "review request" action for the initiator if he wants to edit stuff. By using a state machine you could implement an approval loop until the approver approves or the initiator does not want to reapply for approval.
