Dynamic button label without Javascript

Hello,

I'm creating a multilingual form and was wondering if it is possible to create dynamic button labels. For example, instead of creating a validation button for French and a validation button for English, create a unique button where its label changes when the user switches between French and English.

Is something like this possible without using JavaScript ?
