Symptoms
Duplicate users which forced the licensed user count to got over its limit.
Diagnoses
Issue:
If you look in the license management pane you will see that the user has gone over the Licensed user threshold of 150 as it goes to 152 for example. However there are a lot duplicate users, we believe this is what is pushing it to the 152 threshold and may be potentially causing the issues in relation to starting the processes or action any tasks.
Resolution
Resolution:
The item was investigated and a codefix was provided to resolve the issue by means of a SQL script.
The fix was applied and the licensed user count has been corrected.
