While migrating the nintex workflow between environments (i.e UAT to PROD) the context menu used to start the workflow manually gets duplicated in the higher environment.
For example:
If we manually export the workflow from UAT then manually import and publish in PROD
the issue can be replicated N number of times in the context menu and the index of the item is 0.
