I want to know what changes do i need to make as our domain name has changed. Actually i changed the domain name in the LDAP string in the server.config file. Also changed the users in _serveruser table. The problem is that users have empty worklists, as the existing processes have their name using the old domain name. So where( which tables) should i make changes in the k2 d/b so that the old domain anme is changed to new name.

+9The best and safest way of doing this is to make use of K2.net Service Manager. From Service Manager use the Worklist section, return a list of worklist items based on the old user name, once located select all and use the Redirect functionality to redirect the items assigned to user.oldname to user.newname. The redirect function does a lookup on AD so no mistakes can be made when redirecting the items.
