documentation : MOSS and K2.net integration howto/sample

Does it exist a "Hello World" between MOSS 2007 and K2.net Server ?

A simple workflow with only a variable that can be printed on a ASPX sharepoint webpage via a K2label ?

I can't get it work with the existing documentation...
