Display Worklist Items for Another User

Hi there,

I'm trying to find out if there is a way of viewing someone's worklist items for a particular process. We're trying to find out where bottlenecks are occurring, and I can't seem to find this information in the standard reports. I'd be really grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction. Just a list by user of workflow items waiting with them is what I'm looking for.
