display approval history using javascript

Hello Experts,

Is there any way to get the workflow history data using java script for selected list item.

i want to display the approvers name and approval time on custom form.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

wouldn't it be easier to save that info to list item by workflow once the task is responded?

have a look on 'Last Task Respondent' Common reference.
