I'm using a Nintex Workflow to build a list item. The list Item has a hyperlink.  When the user open the form, they can edit the hyperlink or copy it. I just want them to click on it. It contains the URL to Item that I have ask them to review. I seems an unnecessary step for them to have to copy the hyperlink. I, actually, don't even want them to edit it. The form is part of an evaluation. I want them only to set the Status and the Reviewer Comments. The hyperlink is for them to look at the item.

How can I do this?
