Is that possible to stop user from creating a new Nintex workflow? We are in process of migration and I want to do the inventory and don't want anyone to create a new workflow. Let the current workflows run but disable new workflow creation option.
Also, is it possible to disable new instances? Let the in-process workflow to complete but don't allow to start a new instance.
Any help/suggestion will be really appreciated.

+4You can remove the permissions from Allowed workflow designers under Nintex Workflow from site settings so that they won't get access to the workflows.
To stop new instances of the workflow you have go to workflow settings on the list or library, select Remove, Block, or Restore a workflow, then click on No New Instances option next to published workflow. This will block new instance until back to this setting and select Allow.
