I would like to disable a field after first entry in a custom Nintex form.
That mean, the responsible user have one possibilty to edit a field inside the form. But If the user save the form, it´s stil possible to edit the form for other empty fields. I will prevent, that user have the possibility to change there first entries. Is that possible OOTB ?

This is definitely possible. On the form, double-click on the field and open the appearance tab. On Enable, click on the droplist and select expression. In here, on the Common tab, select Is New Mode and click ok.
This means that this control will be enabled only in New mode. As soon as you try and edit, it will not be enabled anymore.
