Is there a way to prevent the "Response no longer required" emails when a flexi task has not been completed and the workflow is terminated. It is causing a lot of confusion as there is nothing in the email that tells the person what it is for (see below). It is also not necessary for our workflow.
If it cannot be turned off then is there a way it can be changed so the employee knows where it is coming from?
