+3hi there! Is there an opportunity to execute a different workflow dipending whether user selected "YES" or "NO" in an option field?
Background: If YES is selected a workflow should be executed, "NO" should execute another one. Is it possible to distinguish that?

yes you can utilise the conditional start feature. Go to workflow settings configuration (where you add the name and description) and change the behaviour of the workflow. You will item creation section, change that from no to conditional and add the condition you require. You can also change that for item modification. You'll need to do the same on both workflows so that one conditionally starts where item property = yes and the other where item property = no.
