  i am installed K2 blackpearl,whn i open K2studio designer,in Visual studio the folloewing error r msg is displaying

For assistance, contact the package vendor. To attempt to load this package again, type 'devenv /resetskippkgs' at the command prompt.

  i am also tried as type devenv/resetskippkgs in the command prompt,but there is use,same problem repeated.pls give me the solution.
