Our dev/test license for two environments has expired. Please remind me how we can get new licenses generated.
Diagnoses
K2 Support will not be able to provide you with a License Key it will need to be requested from the Licensing Department as per the steps below:
1. To request a new license key, please navigate to the following URL while logged into the K2 Portal Site:
https://portal.k2.com/licensekey/Default.aspx
2. Specify the product and type of key (SKU) that you wish to request you will need the 'System Key' of your server to request a 'License Key' the 'System Key' can be retrieved by running the 'K2 Blackpearl Setup Manager', it should be available on the first few screens or alternative from K2 Workspace.
3. To update the License Key after you have received it, please start the K2 service/console mode then navigate to K2 Workspace > Management > ;Server:Port] > License Management > Licensing> and then updating the products license key. A K2 service/console restart is necessary afterward.
** you will likely receive an email with a 4 days temporary license while the permanent license is being processed, and then another email with a permanent license please update the license with the permanent license after receiving it.

Resolution
New license was requested and issued.
