Symptoms
"Detected an instance where Relying Trust is not configured properly, and requesting tokens repeatedly.
Please ensure that the link to the K2 Server is added to the browser's trusted sites."
Diagnoses
Investigation the K2Hostserverlogs and the below error occurs just after the issue is reproduced
Resolution
Customer added the K2 Service Account to the Site Collection Administrator on the SharePoint Site, and the customer was able to access the forms on the IPad.
