Deploy smartobjects: Task error: Error:  Deserializing Type: 'SourceCode.SmartObjects.Authoring.SmartObjectDefinition'  Name: 'GetCaseInfo' Message: 'Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index'.

    Make sure all K2 components, server and developer, are at the same release and patch level.
