deleting the instances from back-end?

Dear Experts,

 

some of process instances are showing as running, we are unable to stopdelete the instances from the workspace.

Could someone suggest how to delete from backend?

    Hi Amar,


     


    What happens when you try and stopdelete the process from Workspace under the following path: Workflow Server > Processes > [Project Name] > [Process Name] > Instances?
