Symptoms


Dear Team,

We are planning to upgrade K2 4.6.9 TO 4.6.11 on production environment.

Kidnly feedback what are access rights requered on K2 DB server andamp DB for service account that is used to run and confiugure K2.

Also share poduct documentation for this if any.

have a look at the folloiwng article showing the required permissions for the k2 service account and the K2 installation account:

Important note:It is recommended to install all K2 components using the K2 Service Account.
