Symptoms


The following error was logged when starting the service in console mode. This occured after upgrading their k2 version from 4.6.7 to 4.6.11

"Database error occurred : ProcID is NULL"
 

Diagnoses


There were broken entries in the eserver].]log] table in the K2 DB.
 

Resolution

A script fix was provided by our labs. This script will backup all of the broken entries into a Server].rLog_Backup] table and then remove the broken entries from the hServer].rLog] table.
