Diagnosis:
We suggested that the client adds a mail flow rule on exchange that will stop emails with that rule to be send to the SmartActions mailbox or tell the users when configuring a rule then just add an exception for it not to be send to the SmartActions mailbox.

The client accepted the suggestion of adding mail flow rule on exchange that will stop emails with that rule to be send to the SmartActions mailbox or tell the users when configuring a rule then just add an exception for it not to be send to the SmartActions mailbox
