Symptoms

Currently the RichText Control does not pick up on the Cut KB shortcut
 

Diagnoses

Please can we make the Keyboard events configurable in web.config for the rich text control.

The ability is there we need to just expose it so i clients can use the features.

Issue confirmed and logged as a bug .
