Symptoms

Hi,

When opening smart form in browser after clearing cache, it's asking for credentials for the first time. Although the site is listed under trusted sites list still it's asking the credentials

 

Diagnoses

we found that http://bpmws.hbmsu.ac.ae was not in the local intranet zone. After adding that in local intranet zone then it's not asking for username/password.
 

Resolution
