Getting following error while trying to create package through k2 app for SharePoint Online. There is no instance i can found for this, niether in in K2 designer nor in k2 workspace.
I want to deploy this smartform and workflow on another site collection by creating a package. is there any other way also? please advise.
It looks like it's trying to package a workflow that it think's is deployed that doesn't exist. I'd go into K2 management and delete any instance of that workflow if it indeed does not exist.
We have raised a SR with K2 support team. There were some instances remaining in the DB. We have deleted that from DB and now it has started working.
