Create MS SQL Server Connection in Nintex Cloud workflow

Try to test connection between WorkFlow Cloud and MS SQL Server in standalone machine, following are the setttings

Connection Name : MSSQL

Database Host : MachineNameMSSQLSERVER_E

Database Name : TestDB

Username : Tuser

Password : xxxxxx

    I tried to connect Workflow cloud to my MS SQL server but cannot get through, do you have an example so i can follow.
