Create file with specific content type

Hi all,

I have a document library and defined a specific content type for this library:

Now I want to create items via a workflow. Generating items like *.docx is not a problem, but how do I create a file following this content type?

I am working within a O365 environment.

can you not just select the content type in the configuration of the create item action?

yeah, it was simple after all:

But one question do I still have here:

I have a column "Kanal" that is type managed metadata. I want the item I to get a specific outcome "Alle Monitore" in that column.

Unfortunately I was not able to realise that. The example give results in the following error:

Die angegebene GUID ist im Terminologiespeicher nicht vorhanden = The specified GUID does not exist in the term store

It is always the same error message, I tried:

"Alle Monitore"

Alle Monitore

Alle Monitore;

But the term is part of the term store:

Is "Threading" maybe not the right type?
