Ok, I want to create a workflow for a telephone subsidy. where the person has seven days to complete the form; if it not completed by seven days every day they will continue to get emails asking them to complete the form. I started the send notification, calculate the date, the what if is confusing me?

I think the easiest way to acheive this would be to use a Task action.
Assign the user a Task to complete the form and use the inbuilt reminder system to send reminder emails.
