Create a state machine workflow using the attached steps

I´m guessing no one is helping because you do not mention what part of the workflow you are having trouble with nor do you give any context regarding what you have tried, what is working etc.

Best you tell us first what you want to do in a way we can understand.

i have no idea even how to start the state machine workflow as i am new to Nintex workflow.

there are multiple questions with agree, disagree and unsure options

There are relationship details to be filled in

Point 1. So, when user selects all agree with no relationship details, the workflow just completes and requester will receive notification.

Point 2. If any one of the question has disagree/unsure and no relations details filled in, we have to send email notification to corresponding dept which will have options(choice field) approved, noted, request for info or transfer.

If they select approved/noted, workflow completes, if they select requires more info, again they can select the requester or his manager for more information. if they select transfer, again they will have another dropdown options like director, finance manager, etc., so repective person will get notified, director or finance manager will have same options like first approver, even these people can send for more info or approve

Point 3. All questions agree with relations details filled, just email notification to requester, workflow completes

Point 4. Some questions are diagree/unsure and relationship filled, same as Point 2.
