Copy Nintex Form item

Hi,

if you use Copy Item action in Nintex Workflow, it will create a new item with the same data and form of the existing one.

Obviously in this solution the item will be created once the workflow runs, users are not able to change anything before the creation of the item.

Thank you Giacomo. That's what I thought as well. I may have to have just workflow for copy item.

Just an additional info, with the workflow to copy the item, you can also create an edit menu item which would trigger the workflow. This has helped my users to create copy of the items and its easy to use from the item Edit menu. I have also modified the Start workflow screen is to show the Create Item and Cancel buttons with a confirmation message like:  Do you want to create copy of this item?
