Hello guys,
I have a custom list and user only enters one of list field (person id- number field). Once he saves the item; one workflow will trigger and in that I have used copy item action which will copy the item from another list if person id matches. And I chose overwrite an existing item option. Workflow is copying the item but it is not overwriting?
For example if user enters 1234 as person id and save; the workflow should replace this item with the item from another list.
Please let me know your ideas. Am I missing anything here?
