Diagnoses
We have setup the SPN and the constrained delegation for the service account as well the computer account.
Resolution
As the 'K2 Claims to Windows Token Service' will run as the System Account, please configure constrained delegation using the 'Use any authentication protocol' option for the machine account as per the screenshot in KB:
