Contains query in Report Designer

I would like to create a report that allows users to enter some text, which can then be matched against the Folio field. I would like to return all active processes that have the text entered in any part of the Folio field, so that users can work out for themselves who currently has a particular task in their task list.

So far, I have been unable to work out how to do a contains ("like" would be the SQL equivalent) query, the only options I have seem to be exact matches.

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to create a report through the report designer that can do this.

If this is not possible, any ideas on the best way of achieving this would be appreciated.
